It has a gathered neckline that can be adjusted using two straps that tie on the shoulders. Wear it loose or tied at the waist with the detachable belt. The Rain Maxi Dress slips on, is easy to wear, has two side pockets, and is lined in a cotton silk blend. Style with sandals, and add the Indigo Embroidered Jacket on cooler days.
